With hilltop views overlooking the ocean, this poolside condo is ideally located for a peaceful island escape. Multiple dining options and renowned Love Beach all within a 5-minute drive. The pool terrace is perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying one of the best sunset views on the island.
The space
This recently updated 1 bedroom condo sleeps two in a king-sized bed.
A fully functional kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove and oven, and coffee machine. The island-themed bathroom has everything you need- shower, bath, sink and toilet.

The building itself is a pastel-painted 14 unit condo with a colorful history. Built in tandem with the now-closed Island Records recording studio (once located at the end of the driveway), this building has seen its fair share of famous inhabitants and rock-and-roll pool parties. The pool area is home to communal tables, chairs, a bbq, an outdoor shower and a shared bathroom.
Guest access
The unit comes with a private parking space.

Across the street from the driveway entrance is a bus stop, with routes that will take you into the old town of Nassau. Please note that the bus does not run on an exact schedule and stops running around 6pm.
Taxi's are also available, but can add up if you plan to use them daily.

We would recommend renting a car if you plan to venture out frequently.
Other things to note
We apologize in advance - the surfboards pictured in the photos are not available for use.
The property rules unfortunately do not permit children below the age of 18 to stay in the unit as a guest.

You'll be welcomed to island life while staying at Tip Top and, with that, you might experience one of our occasional power-outages. The property does not have a generator, but flashlights and a battery powered lantern will be provided.

We love The Bahamas for its year-round sun and warm climate, and so do our tropical bugs. To limit their visits, we ask that you keep doors and windows closed when you’re out and be sure to properly seal food items.
