Welcome to Starfish Villa! A well placed townhouse unit within the Calypso House collection of private ocean view villas.

It’s coastal location offers unobstructed views of the bay just steps away from property that lead the way to the famous Palm Cay marina, Legendary Bluewater cay and the Exuma cays.

With its charming modern farmhouse style and ocean front location, it is fully equipped to provide you with the all the amenities needed for true Bahamian Island style experience.
The space
This villa has a modern farmhouse finish with a beach house style charm that gives you the perfect combination of both island and country at the same time. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom are amazing every day and gets even better at sunset.

Each bedroom is adequately sized for comfort with a massive King Bed in the master, and a queen in the secondary bedroom 1 roll away and a large sectional couch on the ground floor in the living room. There are only 4 rental villas on this estate with their own private access and amenities so there are no crowds or heavy foot traffic at this property. The grounds are spacious and clean with continuous ocean views from almost every angle.

Calypso House is only two blocks away from the world famous palm cay marina in one direction and 7 minutes away from Legendary Blue Water cay marina in the opposite direction. So on occasion you will see sailboats and yachts pass by heading to and from those areas. We are also just one block away from a large super market where you can find a very large variety of food items for your stay.

Guest access
All of our guests have individual private access to each of their own villas via private entrances. There are only 4 uniquely styled villas within the private collection. There are no shared accommodations.

Privacy and seclusion is of the utmost importance at this location. Once outside, all guests have access to the large courtyard area where there are lounge chairs, a self serve beach bar and ocean front pool conveniently wrapped in a wooden deck.

Beyond the courtyard and sea wall is pure ocean for all guests to walk out and enjoy whenever there’s a high tide and explore the shallows at low tide.
Other things to note
Please note that gatherings and events are prohibited. We do have a listing that allows persons to rent the entire estate for SMALL destination weddings. If needed we can provide that listing if the dates are available. Property access is for registered guests and service vendors only.

Please be respectful of the privacy, personal space and safety of others staying on the estate by always keeping the main gates secured.

Parking is limited to one space per villa.
